Description

Enjoy riding in the Wyoming wilderness at this classic dude ranch adventure which is in the heart of the "most scenic 50 miles in the US" - according to Teddy Roosevelt. Along the banks of the scenic Shoshone River and its namesake Blackwater Creek, the ranch is nestled in the mountains of Shoshone National Park (USA's first national forest) just 15 miles east of Yellowstone National Park.

With origins dating back to 1899, Blackwater Creek Ranch was granted a permit in 1915 to start welcoming visitors, and the construction of the cabins began. The lodge was soon renowned for offering lodging, dining, guided hunting, fishing and pack trips.

From Blackwater Creek, aswell as your daily rides, you are in the perfect position to enjoy all that Yellowstone country has to offer, including white water rafting, rodeos, archery, hiking, fishing and of course relaxing in the stunning scenery.
